Diganta Panda is a Research Scholar currently pursuing a PhD at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kharagpur. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Technology. His research focuses on the digital divide, digital wellbeing, and Human–Computer Interaction (HCI), with a particular emphasis on designing inclusive technologies that help bridge gaps in digital access and use. He is especially interested in developing user-centered solutions for low-literacy and underserved populations, aiming to promote more equitable and accessible digital environments.
