Author Guidelines: How to Prepare and Submit Your Work

Welcome to the Author Guidelines page for ICRBS. Please read the following carefully before preparing your submission.

Conference Topics

Your submission should align with the official conference topics. For the full list of themes and subject areas, please visit the Conference Topics page.

Abstract Guidelines for Authors

  • Submit your abstract for review by the Scientific Committee.
  • If accepted, you will be invited to register for ICRBS.
  • After the conference, you may be asked to submit your full paper for publication opportunities.
  • If you do not submit a full paper, your abstract will still be published in the Abstract Book.
  • Your presentation is only confirmed once the registration fee has been paid.

 

Abstract requirements:

 

  • Length: 200–250 words
  • Keywords: 3–5 words

Full Paper Guidelines

We welcome original and unpublished research papers that contribute to the fields covered by the conference. By submitting, you confirm your work is not under review elsewhere.

Language

  • Papers must be written in English.
  • Both American and British English are acceptable, but avoid mixing them.
  • Authors are encouraged to use editing tools or services to ensure proper grammar and scientific style.

 

Review Process

  • All manuscripts undergo double-blind peer review.
  • Papers are evaluated on originality, quality, and academic excellence.
  • The submitting author must ensure that all co-authors approve the paper and agree with the submission.
  • The publisher is not legally responsible for any compensation claims.

 

Recommended Paper Structure

  • Purpose / Objectives
  • Methodology / Approach
  • Findings / Results
  • Conclusion / Implications / Recommendations
  • Acknowledgments (if applicable)
  • References
  • Appendices (if applicable)

 

Formatting & Length

  • Full paper length: Up to 12 pages (including references, tables, charts, and keywords)
  • Font: 12-point Times New Roman
  • Spacing: Single-spaced
  • Margins: Top 2.54 cm, Bottom 2.54 cm, Left 3.18 cm, Right 3.18 cm
  • Page numbers: Bottom-centered
  • Layout:One-column, portrait
  • File format MS Word-compatible file

Poster Guidelines

  • Poster size: A1 (international paper size)
  • Title, author names, and affiliations should be displayed at the top.
  • Use visuals, images, and charts to make your poster engaging and easy to read.
  • Posters must be based on the accepted abstract.
  • Avoid foam core, thick/multi-layered materials, or pushpins. Ensure your poster can be mounted on the provided boards.
  • Bring your printed poster with you to the conference

Academic Ethics

  • Submissions must present original and unpublished work.
  • Acts of plagiarism are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate rejection.

Accepted and registered papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings.

Oral Presentation Guideline

  • Presentation length: ~15 minutes
  • You may use your preferred format (e.g., PowerPoint, PDF).
  • Necessary equipment will be provided upon request.
  • Please arrive early to test and set up your presentation
