Iris Mançi is a PhD student in Education and an external lecturer at the University of Tirana, Department of Pedagogy. Her research interests include inclusive education, students with disabilities, youth, and psychological aspects of education. She has participated in numerous national and international conferences and trainings and is the author of three books published in several languages, focusing on bullying and drug use in adolescence and their psychological and social consequences.
