Prof. Dr. Merve Alpay is Head of the Department of Medical Biochemistry at Duzce University Faculty of Medicine, Turkey. She earned her medical degree and completed her specialization in medical biochemistry. Her research focuses on cancer biology, epigenetics, oxidative stress, and metabolomics. She has collaborated with MD Anderson Cancer Center and has authored over 50 publications, including studies on metabolic disorders and molecular diagnostics.
