PhD holders may seek a place on the Scientific Committee if they demonstrate appropriate research achievements and relevant academic experience.
Applicants must hold an academic appointment at Assistant Professor level or higher. They should be affiliated with a recognized research center, university, or higher education institution.
Applicants need the English ability required for academic review. They must assess submissions independently, impartially, and on academic merit. Their feedback should be constructive and remain consistent with academic integrity principles.
Members generally complete around three or four submission assessments per year. Review timing may be adjusted to suit personal availability and academic duties.
After each conference, members receive a certificate that records their scholarly contribution. It recognizes their efforts and responsibilities.
Membership allows participants to connect with researchers, professionals, and experts across countries and disciplines.
Members can be considered for service on editorial boards of journals issued by partner publishers.
Experienced scholars can request membership to contribute to the committee's academic responsibilities.
